I ended up having to return one item because I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. The return process itself was straightforward, so that part wasn’t a hassle. The only downside was that the refund took a few days longer than I thought it would. I reached out to support to check on it, and they did get back to me, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent experience, not bad at all, just would’ve been better if the refund came through a bit faster.
